Cancellation policy
Cancellation Policy:
The renter may cancel the rental agreement by providing written notice to the landlord before the start of the rental period. The date of receipt of the cancellation notice by the landlord is decisive.
If the renter cancels the rental agreement, they must pay a flat-rate compensation to the landlord for expenses already incurred and lost income, as follows:
Generally, after conclusion of the contract: Deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellation up to 60 days before the start of the rental period: 40% of the rental price.
Cancellation up to 40 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price.
Thereafter and in case of no-show: 80% of the rental price.

At the marina, you'll find not only a sailing school but also numerous water sports options: whether you want to go sailing, rent a small motorboat, or rent a kayak – there's something for everyone.
The center of Aquadelta is just a 10-15 minute walk away. There you'll find bowling alleys, pool tables, mini-golf, an indoor swimming pool, a small arcade, and a bicycle rental shop. The surrounding area is particularly inviting for extended bike rides and offers many other leisure activities for all ages.

Perfect Location for Relaxation & Activities
Our holiday home is situated in a quiet location in the Hoogerwerf section of the Aquadelta holiday park – a green, well-maintained complex with individually detached houses. Despite the peaceful setting, you can reach the center of Aquadelta and the dike along the Grevelingenmeer in just a few minutes.
The modern marina with a sailing school, two child-friendly bathing bays, and a variety of water sports are only about 700 meters away. Supermarkets, restaurants, snack bars, an indoor swimming pool, an indoor playground, squash and tennis courts, and several playgrounds are also within easy walking distance.
The Grevelingenhout golf course is only about 1 km away. The neighboring sections of the park, De Tong, Aquadelta Center, and De Kreek, can be quickly reached by bike or on foot.
For excursions in the surrounding area, the charming towns of Zierikzee and Middelharnis (about a 10-minute drive) and the expansive North Sea beaches near Scharendijke (20–25 minutes) are ideal. The small fishing village of Bruinisse is also within walking distance and offers a charming harbor, fish restaurants, other restaurants, and shops.
All in all, an ideal setting for a varied and relaxing holiday in Zeeland!

Host informationWe are a family of four and have found our second home here. The combination of the beautiful natural surroundings and the clear waters of the Grevelingenmeer, along with the proximity to the North Sea beaches and the towns of Zierickzee and Middelharnis, is what makes it so special. You can easily spend the whole day here without needing a car and reach more or less everything on foot or by bicycle, or you can simply hop in your car.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus. Es ist komfortabel und modern eingerichtet und es hat uns dort an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche ist top ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Dank der überdachten Terrasse konnten wir selbst bei schlechtem Wetter jeden Tag draußen essen. Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in einem Ferienpark. Von dort sind es nur wenige Gehminuten zum Yachthafen und zum Grevelinger Meer, wo man ausgedehnte Spaziergänge machen und die Meeresbrise genießen kann. Zudem ist die Lage der Unterkunft auch gut geeignet um abwechslungsreiche Ausflüge machen. So sind zum Beispiel die Stadt Zierikzee und die schönen Strände von Renesse mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Besonders toll fanden wir auch den Wasserspielplatz mit Badestrand in Scharendijke. Gerne wieder.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sauber, gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl und bei Familie Bloser sehr gut aufgehoben. Immer gleich eine Antwort bekommen, auch als wir uns Sorgen gemacht haben wegen der Reisewarnung. Man hat uns sofort geantwortet. Wir können das Haus und die wunderschöne Gegend nur wärmstens empfehlen. Dort kann man das Akku aufladen und Energy tanken. Vielen Dank für die schöne Woche
