Cancellation policy
Every customer making a reservation has a right to a consideration term of 7 working days. If the date of residence falls within one calendar month from the moment of reservation the consideration term does not apply. In case of cancellation of the rental agreement by the tenant the following costs are due:
- in case of cancellation after the consideration term until 42 days prior to the arrival date: 33% of the rental
sum
- in case of cancellation from the 42th day (included) until the 28th day prior to the arrival date: 60% of the
rental sum
- in case of cancellation from the 28th day (included) until the day of arrival: 90% of the rental sum.
- in case of cancellation on the day of arrival or later: the full rental sum.

Getting there
Motorway A15 Parma to La Spezia – Exit Borgotaro – Provincial road to Borgotaro, exit Ostia Parmense. Follow signs Baselica ca. 8 km. Next to the church you’ll find Pizzeria Mimosa. Continue the main road, drive on until a fork in the road. Keep to the right here. After ca 200 m take the downward road (this is a metalled road changing into an unmetalled road) at the blue sign “Mulino della Brugna”. Follow the signs to Ca’ Brugna from here. After ca 2 km you arrive at the holiday home.
