Cancellation policy

Upon booking/reservation, a deposit of 20% or 25% of the total rental price is required. The remaining balance must be paid 4 weeks before the planned arrival date (the date of payment receipt by us is decisive). For special offers, the total amount must always be paid in cash upon arrival to the property management. If this is not done, we are entitled to cancel your booking and rent the house to someone else. You are entitled to cancel your trip at any time before it begins. The amount of the cancellation fees depends on when we receive your notice of cancellation. The following cancellation fees apply: - Free cancellation up to 28 days before arrival - 50% cancellation fee from the 27th to the 15th day before arrival - The entire rental amount = 100% for cancellations made later or if the contractual services are not used. Notwithstanding these standardized cancellation fees, you retain the right to prove that the damage incurred was less. If you provide a suitable replacement tenant or if we are able to re-rent the property on the same terms, the cancellation costs will be waived for the period of the re-rental. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance.
