Should the rental agreement be cancelled, the tenant will pay the following compensation: a) 15% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made more than 3 months before the start of the rental period b) 50% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made between one and 3 months before the start of the rental period c) 75% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made from one month to one week before the start of the rental period d) 100% of the rental fee if the cancellation is made less than one week before the start of the rental period

Holiday destination

The holiday home is located in the Bungalowpark Schoneveld in Breskens, which promises a high level of relaxation due to its tranquility and well-maintained gardens. The range of leisure activities for families is very extensive. In the adjacent Droompark, you will find a swimming pool, a playground, and a restaurant. At the entrance of the park, there is a small shop with groceries, baked goods, and leisure items. Park Schoneveld is close to the dike, and the extensive sandy beach is easily accessible on foot. Other recreational opportunities are offered by the nearby places: Sluis, Oostburg, and Cadzand, as well as the larger cities of Ghent, Bruges, and Antwerp. A visit to the peninsula of Zeeland with the towns of Middelburg and Vlissingen is also a worthwhile destination for day trips.

Getting there

Head towards Belgium, direction Antwerp, through the Kennedy Tunnel. Then towards Bruges/Rotterdam. Follow the N49 until Kaprijke, then turn off towards Breskens.
