The tenant is entitled to withdraw from the contract before the start of the rental period. In the event of such a withdrawal, the landlord will claim compensation as follows:
Cancellation up to 45 days before the start of the rental period 10% of the rental price
Cancellation 44 days to 33 days before the start of the rental period 30% of the rental price
Cancellation 32 days to 22 days before the start of the rental period 60% of the rental price
Cancellation 21 days to 12 days before the start of the rental period 80% of the rental price
Cancellation 11 days before the start of the rental period until the start of the rental period 90% of the rental price

Das Ferienhaus Möwe entsprach unseren Erwartungen und wir waren vollsten zufrieden mit der Sauberkeit und Ausstattung. Unsere zwei Hunde könnten sich im Garten sowie am naheliegenden Strand austoben. Danke der guten Lage konnten wir verschiedene Ausflüge unternehmen. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Der Kontakt mit Frau Vogt war sehr herzlich und auf Anfragen unsererseits würde sofort geantwortet.

Wir kennen den Park gut, hatten aber den ersten Aufenthalt im Ferienhaus Möwe. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und hat alles was man benötigt, sogar einen Fön;) Der Garten ist wunderbar und für Kinder perfekt, da eingezäunt. Der Weg zum Strand ist nah und auch die Parkplaza ist nicht weit entfernt.
Wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch mit der Kommunikation und würden gern wiederkommen.
