Welcome to our newly renovated, warm holiday house!
The holiday house sits in a peaceful location that's away from the hordes of tourists. You'll discover a breathtaking view out over the sea and the mountains of Connemara behind the house. In 20 minutes you can also reach the high cliffs and gaze out onto the endless expanse of the Atlantic. It's an ideal place to relax and find some peace and quiet. I sometimes stay in the house myself, so it's well stocked with lots of books in German and English and DVDs and CDs for rainy days.
The fireplace in the holiday home's big, comfortable living room/kitchen creates a lovely, cosy atmosphere. The holiday house has a bathroom with a bath tub/shower and a washing machine. There are 2 bedrooms available. You can enjoy the light and the peace and quiet in the conservatory. Central heating installed.

The holiday house sits in a peaceful location. There are a great many possible places to hike nearby for walkers of all abilities (ranging from high cliffs and wide beaches to a large variety of pre-Celtic, Celtic and early-Christian sites). The surrounding area is full of lovely neighbours. You can rent bicycles and there's a bus driver who lives nearby who can take you to a larger town to go shopping.
Flights to Dublin/Galway, bus/boat connections from Galway/Rossaveal 2-4 times a day (bus: 45 mins, boat: 45 mins). Shuttle service to the house from the harbour available by minibus.
