From our property, the beach at Lake Garda can be reached on foot via an ancient "Muhliweg".
This beach is frequented by many families with small children, partly because the ground slopes gently into the water and the water temperature in summer is over 22 degrees Celsius.
On the northeastern part of Lake Garda, where the lake reaches its deepest point (360 m), you'll find our "Villa Il Podere". This side of Lake Garda is known as the "Riviera degli Olivi" (Olive Riviera). Indeed, the entire coast from San Vigilio to Malcesine, from the water level up to an altitude of about 500 m, is covered with olive trees.
Castelletto di Brenzone is the largest village in the municipality of "Brenzone sul Garda" on the northeastern shore of Lake Garda.
The village extends partly along the shore of the lake and the Gardesana road, and partly up the mountain.
This side of the medieval village is very impressive: narrow, cobbled streets winding uphill, small three-story houses side by side, arches, ancient cellars, and little hidden courtyards.
It is the main starting point for the trails of Monte Baldo. Among olive trees and pristine nature, these trails offer no particular difficulties and provide magnificent views of the waters of Lake Garda.
At water level, life revolves around the small picturesque harbor.
In the village, there are bars, restaurants and pizzerias, grocery stores, a church, a bank, a hairdresser, souvenir shops, and more.
There is also an oil mill in the village that produces one of the best extra virgin olive oils of Lake Garda. The oil mill is open for visits, and you can taste and buy the delicious olive oil directly.
Tuesday is market day, with a variety of offerings from food to clothing.

from the North:
Highway A22 Brenner-Modena, exit "Rovereto Sud" towards Torbole;
about 2 km after Castelletto di Brenzone, turn left onto Via Pasola towards Biaza- Fazor;
after about 500 m, you will find our entrance gate.
from the South:
Highway A22 Brenner-Modena, exit "Affi" towards Garda;
and A4 Milano-Venezia, exit "Peschiera" towards Riva;
about 2 km after the village "Pai" (past Torri del Benaco), turn right onto Via Pasola towards Biaza- Fazor;
after about 500 m, you will find our entrance gate.
