In my penthouse you can enjoy the relaxing tranquility on a 80 m2 living space with a wonderful view of the lovely kept gardens of Miraflores and the Mediterranean Sea.
The private pool area with a children's pool and a pool bar is embedded in a world of lush palms, tropical plants and colorful flowers.
The apartment can be reached very comfortably through two and ahalf staircase. Please don't hesitate to ask for more occupancies because we offer more than one apartment in Miraflores.
The private owner's community of Miraflores belongs to the region Mijas Costa within the province Málaga.
The centre town of Miraflores, about 10 minutes to Fuengirola and Marbella, can be reached cozily through the exit Riviera del Sol on the Carretera Nacional N340, a four-lane street along the Mediterranean coast.
The drive to and from the Málaga airport is about 30 minutes with.

Golf: Golf: Sport, entertainment and ... golf! Golf has gained enormous attractiveness during the past ten years.
And thus, the Costa del Sol is officially named the Costa del Golf as well. On more than fifty greens you can tee off, on the coast it goes to the sea, in the hills or mountains above the coast and often in a very beautiful landscape.
The traditional two complexes are located in Marbella: Guadalmina and Rio Real, where you can tee off in moving land from the mountains to the beach. Just in Marbella there are altogether 18 golf courses.
During the summer, a lot of clubs attract you with special prices for the green fee.
The most famous green on the coast is, just as before, the legendary golf club Valderrama by San Roque, which was also a place for the Ryder Cups. Near Miraflores you can reach the famous Miraflores golf course within a few minutes walk with a 18 hole golf course, golf academy, driving range and restaurant.
In the Miraflores golf academy, you can book courses year-round.
Also, children are welcome. In addition to the classical coaching and the development of their grounds, the school has interesting playing and training offers with the pro Mark Sibley who has more than 33 years of experience

Eine sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Kommunitation mir Vermieterin war perfekt und bei Fragen immer sehr hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Anlage sehr gepflegt mit Pool und Poolrestaurant. Wir können diese Wohnung wärmsten empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt als Familie sehr genossen.
Eine tiptopp wunderbar eingerichtete und sehr gepflegte Wohnung, sehr gut gelegen, sehr ruhig.
Sehr schön gepflegte Anlage, schöner Blick vom Balkon. Einfach wunderbar.
