The holiday home is located in the village of Sveti Lovrec Labinski, not far from the Rasa Fjord, approximately 15 km from Labin. From the property, you have a beautiful view of the fjord and the open sea. Nearby the house, there is a forest that you can reach via an old field path. The subsequent forest path leads you to a small beach that you can enjoy all to yourself.
Von Labin aus kommend, fahren Sie Richtung Pula bis zu dem Kreisverkehr an dem Sie in Richtung Pula, Koromacno oder Labin fahren können. Bitte nehmen Sie die Richtung Koromacno und fahren ca. 13 km weiter bevor Sie die Abfahrt nach Sveti Lovrec Labinski erreichen. Die Straße führt Sie direkt ins Dorf bis zu einer Weggabelung. An dieser fahren Sie bitte links, damit Sie nach ca. 100 m das Haus auf der linken Seite sehen.
Von Pula bzw. Rasa kommend ist der obern erwähnte Kreisverkehr der erste, den Sie erreichen sobald Sie Labin erreicht haben.
