Holiday destination
The town of Manerba is surrounded by the green of Valtenesi hills and in the hinterland agricultural estates offer tastings of Garda oil and D.O.C wines, experiences of horse riding, local trattorias and splendid golf courses. Manerba del Garda also offers excellent campsites and tourist villages, easily reachable by bus and well connected to the main attractions. The residential area is protected by the Rocca di Manerba, a hill overlooking the lake and place to take pleasant walks through the Natural Park, where it is possible to see a large part of Lake Garda and some of its islands.
Verona airport is only 45 minutes away by car.

It’s a very nice location in Manerba with beach and plenty of good quality restaurants within walking distance. House itself was modern and clean. However, outside shower never worked…this is particularly annoying as first floor doesn’t have showers inside either. We also had numerous issues with electricity and you need to walk to the main switch outside the yard and turn it on. We also had lot of food melting as electricity had been off full day. Kitchen equipment and furniture are also low class and limited. Downstairs bed was incredibly bad quality with impossible to sleep well due to sound it made even from slightest movement. Pool is also very shallow, maybe 1m deep. Anyway, location is super good, house in general is more modern than 99% of other options and that is kind of making up. But don’t bother if you are expecting high quality place.

Das Haus war sehr schön eingerichtet außer im Keller war bei der Schlafgelegenheit etwas Schimmel an der Wand. Die Liegestühle waren alle defekt. In der Küche funktionierte die Spülmaschine nicht richtig. Im Wohnzimmer hatten sich an der Decke viele Spinnen versammelt. Gläser und Tassen schmutzig.
