Cost of cancellation:
45-16 days before rental: 50% of the price
from the 15th day: 70% of rental price
Payment:
down payment 30% with booking
the residual amount will be due 2 weeks before your stay
specification of costs and rental conditions will be sent to you then.
Liability:
The tenant is liable for all damages caused by the tentant and his/her companions or visitors to the house and is obliged to report these damages latest until depature after their stay. During the stay all damages must be reported to the owner immediately and must be payed in full extent. The tentant is also liable for all damages due to accidents and their consequences which occur on the owners premises.

Holiday destination
In the old idyllic part of the village Szigliget, located at the hillside between fortress and Eszterházy castle lies our two-storey landmarked house.
The small town of Szigliget has around 900 inhabitants is located in one of the most beautiful natural landscapes of Hungary. Topped off with a wonderful medieval and very well restored fortress ruin on top of the hill, as well as the summer residence of Prince Eszterházy, which is located in the town centre.

Wer Ruhe und Entspamnnung sucht und nicht denTrubel braucht, ist da bestens aufgehoben, Toll eingerichtetes Haus mit teilweise noch sehr altem Mobiliar, trotzdem alles da was man benötigt. sehr geschmackvoll. Kommen jedenfalls gerne bei Gelegenheit wieder. Leider war unsere Anfahrt etwas holprig (Wildunfall) und Frau Spiller hat auch spontan Hilfe angeboten, die zum Glück nicht nötig war.

Wir haben unseren Sommerurlaub dieses Jahr in Szigliget verbracht. Untergebracht waren wir im Ferienhaus der Familie Spiller. Das Haus ist wunderschön und sehr traditionell und landestypisch eingerichtet. Die Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Durch die Klimaanlage schläft man auch in heißen Nächten sehr gut. Ein Traum ist auch der Außenbereich, welcher von uns gern zum Grillen genutzt wurde. Sitzgelegenheiten sind vielfältig vorhanden. Auf der großen Wiese hinter dem Haus konnten die Kinder wunderbar spielen. Die Lage des Hauses ist hervorragend. Einen der schönsten Strände vom Balaton (wir haben einige ausprobiert, aber nirgendwo hat es uns so gut gefallen wie in Szigliget) erreicht man in ein paar Minuten mit dem Auto. Und auch sonst ist der Ort sehr gut für Ausflüge geeignet. Immer wieder gern !!!!!
