Located at the foot of the Pyrenees, the lagoon settlement of Empuriabrava was developed in the Bay of Roses in the 1970s. This new seaside urbanization, with 23 km of navigable canals and over 5,000 moorings for yachts of all sizes, is the largest marina in Europe. Many of the villas, mostly privately owned, have their own boat dock right on the property.
By boat, you can reach the most beautiful coves of the Mediterranean from Empuriabrava in just a few minutes. Many of them are renowned for their beauty and are located in nature reserves. The extensive, well-maintained sandy beach of Empuriabrava is especially popular with sun-seeking Northern Europeans. The gently sloping sandy beach is ideal for children. During the peak season, the beach is monitored by the Red Cross. For the sporty and active, everything is well-prepared for windsurfing, kite surfing, jet skiing, and more.
Shopping centers and boutiques, nautical companies, numerous restaurants and discos, and the beautiful landscape around Empuriabrava make a holiday here an experience. The proximity to the Pyrenees is perfect for motorcycle tours, bike rides, or hikes into the mountains.

In November 2012, Empuriabrava opened Europe's second-largest wind tunnel. Here, skydiving can be practiced all year round, regardless of weather conditions, making it an ideal complement to the SkyDive skydiving base.

Das direkt an einem Kanal liegende Ferienhaus verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes Grundstück mit Einstellmöglichkeit für ein Auto. Die schöne offene Einbauküche ist mit allen Geräten wie Spülmaschine, Herd/Backofen usw. ausgestattet. Auf der Kanalseite befindet sich die Terrasse mit dem schönen Privat-Pool. Sonnenschutz bietet eine elektrisch bedienbare Markise. Haus und Grundstück waren insgesamt sehr sauber und gepflegt.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus und haben es sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut gepflegt und liebevoll eingerichtet, der Besitzer des Hauses ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und stets bemüht die Unterkunft erneuern. Dafür möchten wir uns bedanken.
