Schönes, geräumiges Haus mit großen Zimmern und Küche. Etwas veraltet, bis auf das Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss.
Der Garten ist ungepflegt.
Ein schöner, großer Swimmingpool!
Ruhige Umgebung, aber viel zu tun in der Nähe!
Kajakfahren, Wandern und charmante Städte in der Nähe!
Das Haus ist für kleine Laufanfänger wegen der vielen Treppen etwas anspruchsvoll.
Sehr empfehlenswert!
Alles ist leicht zu erreichen!

Das Haus ist geräumig, sauber und komplett ausgestattet. Wir sind auch mit dem beheizten Pool sehr zufrieden. Nur ein Gewitter hält uns vom Schwimmen ab. Ob Regen oder Sonnenschein ... selbst bei 20 Grad draußen können wir immer noch ein schönes, langes Bad genießen.
Die Lage des Hauses ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Es liegt gegenüber dem örtlichen Krankenhaus, aber die Krankenwagen fahren sehr ruhig und leise. Die Straße ist eine wichtige Zufahrtsstraße, die einen schnellen Zugang zu allen Richtungen der Region bietet.
Es gibt ein paar kleinere Wartungsprobleme, die ich persönlich beheben würde. Eine lose Fliese im Fliesenboden, ein paar Malerarbeiten ... Aber das sind alles nur Kleinigkeiten.
Die Küchengeräte und das Inventar sind vollständig, aber der Backofen bedarf einer etwas ausführlicheren Erklärung, sonst funktioniert er nicht. Das ist wirklich der einzige wirkliche Verbesserungsbedarf.
