The apartment on the first floor of the holiday home is rear-facing and offers absolute tranquility for two people. The furnishings are as good as new and offer everything you need for a comfortable stay: a box-spring bed with a comfortable mattress, wardrobe, table with three chairs, TV and a separate bathroom with daylight, which ensures a fresh breeze of well-being. The time out under the open sky can be enjoyed on a large balcony with a lake view (the balcony is used by two other apartments). So: outside!
This is what the holiday tastes like: The galley kitchen offers enough space to conjure up goodies. A Senseo coffee machine is available to prepare the Germans' favorite drink and the kitchen is also well equipped.
And there is also a secure parking space for bicycles - in a double garage in front of the house.

There is also a lot to experience around Überlingen - on hiking trails, trying out all kinds of water sports or by bicycle. And the starting point is ideal for trips to the island of Mainau, the ancient stake dwellings at Unteruhldingen, the Affenberg near Salem and much more.
During the day it´s only a few minutes walk to "Lido East" or the marina and in the evening there is always a new spectacle of colours when the sun plunges into the lake. If you want to explore the old town, stroll along the promenade, enjoy culture, go out for a delicious meal or shop extensively, you can reach your destination in around 15-20 minutes on foot. Überlingen offers an incomparable ensemble of impressive nature, cultural diversity and a modern lifestyle.
