Holiday destination
The House lies in the middle of a green area surrounded by a garden of terraces and has a breathtaking view over the golf of Sant' Andrea. The distance of the house from the public road is more or less 200 meters to be reached by a short footpath that guaranties the quietness and exclusivity of the house. It takes more or less 5 minutes from the house along another footpath through the old vineyards to reach the beach. The house is divided in two independent apartments that offer hospitality contemporary for two families.
The Garden
In the outside space, among palm trees, guest can enjoy a barbecue area and an open-air shower. At the back of the house there is a small wood of Mimosas trees that offers a cool shadow during the hotter hours.
