Guest cancellation: If the house can be re-let after a guest's cancellation, if a last-minute discount is granted to the new tenant due to the short-notice re-letting, the difference will be deducted from the refund, plus a flat fee of 10%. The Location of the House Villa Meridiana is located approximately 40 minutes from the ancient port city of Portoferraio in one of the most exclusive areas of Elba, between a nature reserve and the village of Sant'Andrea, which winds its way down to the sea through ancient vineyards. In its past, the village was a renowned center for wine production, exporting the prized red and white grapes of "Aleatico" and "Moscato" to the mainland. The ancient mooring for sailboats still exists today, beside the small sandy beach that fills with nature lovers and sunbathers in the summer. On both sides of the beach, where turquoise waters stretch out, are impressive granite cliffs, famous for their soft, rounded shapes. These cliffs have been equipped with comfortable paths, respecting the natural environment, so that even in peak season, those seeking tranquility can find a secluded spot among the rocks. The town offers a few shops and restaurants, so there is a pleasant amount of variety in the evenings as well.
