Das Haus konnte nicht mit einer Elektroheizung beheizt werden, aber mit dem Kamin funktionierte das problemlos. Es gab auch einige Mängel wie ein defektes Rollo und einige defekte Serviceleistungen. Der Vermieter hatte offenbar keine Zeit gehabt, Spinnweben zu entfernen.
