Cancellation policy
You can cancel free of charge up to 240 days before your holiday begins. Only the deposit will be retained. For cancellations made later, we charge the following percentage of the travel price as cancellation fees: From 239 to 60 days before departure: 70%; From 59 to 30 days before departure: 85%; From 29 days before departure until the day of departure: 100%. In case of a no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due. Any deposit paid will be credited against the cancellation fees.
Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to take your holiday.

Our farm is an ideal starting point for hikes in the surrounding area and for excursions into the Dolomites; the Schlern, the Seiser Alm, the Karerpass, and the Rosengarten are all within easy reach.
In winter, the Seiser Alm and the Karerpass transform into an extensive ski paradise with cross-country ski trails, downhill ski slopes, toboggan runs, and ice skating rinks.
There is also a toboggan run on the farm.
