Cancellation policy
If the lessee cancels the contract prematurely without presenting a substitute lessee who enters into the contract under the same terms, the following fees are charged as compensation:
Cancellation prior to arrival
- up to 60 days prior to the beginning of the rental period: 20 % of the rental price
- up to 28 days prior to the beginning of the rental period: 50 % of the rental price
- later than 14 days prior to the beginning of the rental period: 100 % of the rental price
In this case, the lessor will also make efforts to find a substitute lessee.
The cancellation must be made in writing, decisive is the date on which the lessor receives the cancellation. Should the renter leave early, then the full rate is payable

Holiday destination
Monschau is a city on the Ruhr with around 12,500 inhabitants, and it is part of the city of Aachen. The city is located between the mountain slopes of the Naturparks Hohes-Venn in the Eifel region. Particularly the Rote Haus (red house) and the historic old town with its narrow little streets and unmistakable charm are worth a visit.
Getting there
Coming from Aachen:
Please take the third exit towards Monschau at the roundabout. You are now on Laufenstraße.
At the end of the street, you will see a turning circle. Pass Parkhaus Seidenfabrik to your left. If the traffic lights are red, please press the button at the stopping point. And please be aware: The speed limit is 30 km/h.
Take a right behind the multi-storey car park in to "Schaufenberg" until you can turn left (this is downhill). At the end of the street, stop on the right, and follow the "Holzmarkt" until it reaches Kirchstraße. After a few minutes, you will have reached Haus Wunschlos.
