Up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date of the guest, the accommodation contract can be cancelled without the payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contracting party.
Outside of the aforementioned period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contracting party is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees:
- up to 1 month before the arrival date 40% of the agreed booking price
- up to 1 week before the arrival date 70% of the agreed booking price
- in the last week before the arrival date 90% of the agreed booking price.

Holiday destination
The location of our house is optimal for many of the offered leisure activities. The bus stops can be reached in 3 minutes. You'll be in the village center in 5 minutes. The Kanzelwandbahn is also 3 minutes away and in the winter, you can ski right up to our house. The outdoor swimming pool is a 2-minute walk away.
Getting there
Via Oberstdorf, you will reach the Kleinwalsertal. We are located in the first village, Riezlern. Please pass the church there. On the left side, you will then see the Kanzelwandbahn. About 50 meters past the Kanzelwandbahn, turn left onto Zwerwaldstraße before the holiday farm Stefanie. Then after approximately 100 meters, you will have reached our house. It is the second one on the left side.

Die Fewo ist bestens und sehr umsichtig und durchdacht ausgestattet, mit neuer Küche vom letzten Herbst, alles makellos sauber und in allerbestem Zustand. Betten sind sehr bequem, viel Stauraum und nette Details. Es fehlte uns nichts, gar nichts.
Wir haben uns total wohl und willkommen gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Ferienwoche. Auch dank der überaus freundlichen und zugewandten Vermieter, die einen perfekten Service bieten, vom Anmieten bis zur Abreise.
Die Lage ist top, zentral und doch ruhig. Die Kanzelwandbahn (Bushaltestelle!), das Freibad, der erste von 3 Supermärkten u.a. mehr in Riezlern sind in unmittelbarer Nähe, sehr praktisch.
Der Ausblick in die Natur vom großzügigen Balkon Richtung Hirschegg war immer wieder ein Genuss.
Ein echter Geheimtip mit perfektem Preis/-Leistungsverhältnis!
