Cancellation policy
The following cancellation terms apply:
Up to the 91st day before arrival, a flat fee of Euro 40.
From the 90th to the 61st day before arrival, 20% of the total price.
From the 60th to the 31st day before arrival, 50% of the total price.
From 30 days before arrival and in case of no-show, 90% of the total price.
In the event of a travel warning from the Foreign Office or an entry restriction by the Italian government for the period you have booked, you can cancel free of charge, in which case only a flat fee of Euro 40 will be charged.
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance, and we are also happy to advise you individually on this!

Your holiday apartment is located about 13km north of Volterra in a quiet hillside position.
Due to its central location in the heart of Tuscany, you can make numerous excursions from here, for example, to Volterra, San Gimignano, Florence, and Pisa.
In Villamagna (about 8 km away) there are two small grocery stores, and in Volterra, there are large supermarkets, restaurants, as well as numerous shops. Only about 3 km away you will also find excellent restaurants.

Bei Ankunft wurden wir herzlich empfangen. In der Wohnung war ein netter Willkommensgruß mit einer Flasche Wasser, einer Flasche Wein sowie einer kleinen Dose selbstgemachtem Olivenöl. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.
Die Wohnung ist super geräumig und sauber.
Der Pool lädt ein, auch einmal einen Tag in der Anlage zu verbringen.
Ein sehr abwechslungsreiches gutes Frühstück wird wenn gewünscht auch angeboten.
Die Anlage ist sehr zu empfehlen und für Ausflugsziele sehr gut gelegen.

Die Zimmer sind typischerweise toskanisch, groß und sauber. Die Küche ist funktionstüchtig und Klimaanlage ist ebenfalls verfügbar, falls erforderlich.
Der Blick über die Landschaft ist fantastisch - besonders am Morgen.
Die Betreiber sind freundlich und hilfsbereit, und auch das Frühstück ist nach italienischen Maßstäben wirklich sehr gut und preislich absolut in Ordnung.
Es sind etwa 20 Minuten Fahrt durch die malerische Landschaft nach Volterra und zum nächsten Supermarkt.
Der Pool wird täglich gereinigt und es gibt immer ein Programm am Pool, aber es ist absolut im Rahmen und nicht störend.
Solange keine Arbeiten in den umliegenden Feldern stattfinden, ist es ein absolut ruhiger und entspannender Ort.
