Cancellation policy
The 20% deposit, which must be transferred within ten days after booking, is non-refundable regardless of the reason for cancellation.
In case of early departure, the base price must still be paid. (Summer = base price €48 per night, Winter = base price €96 per night)
If the number of guests is not reported differently than at the time of the offer and deposit, the offer price will apply, even if the number of guests decreases. (For additional guests, the daily rate will be added.)

Holiday destination
In summer, our cabin is accessible by car via a toll road.
In winter, you can take the gondola over the Lutz, and then the luggage can be transported to the cabin by Pisten Bully, while people can take the lift up and go directly to the cabin.
Surrounding the cabin, you can experience nature with the scent of the Alps and, in winter, the snow flurries.
We have a mountain for all types of peak conquerors (easy to difficult), beautiful mountain circular trails, a climbing wall nearby at your own risk, for hardened nature enthusiasts.
Getting there
Take the A14 towards Bludenz, exit at Gais, head towards Thüringen and then into the Große Walsertal...
In summer, go via Marul - Laguz - the last section is a toll road.
In winter, take the gondola from Sonntag - Stein to the chairlift (you can reach the hut from the mountain station by ski or on foot) - luggage transport with a Pisten Bully.
Above our hut, there is a quaint alpine inn, which is open during the main seasons (when the cable car is operating).

Host informationI'm a mountain farmer in the Great Walser Valley and a mom of four kids. In the summer, I milk 20 cows on our alpine pasture, and my husband produces our delicious mountain cheese. For a change of pace, I look forward to welcoming nice guests to my alpine holiday apartment.

Eine tolle Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung. Nette Vermieter die sich um alle Belange kümmern.
Leckere Selbstgemachte Butter, Käse, frische Milch und alles was das Herz begehrt.
