Beautiful luxury Apartment, from the 13 th century.
The back wall of the building abuts the mountain and the bathroom is a like a cave built in to the stone.
The Apartment is on the 3 floor but has no lift. You have a nice few over the river and you are just 5 min walking distance from the festival opera house. So you live directly in the best location, in the old city downtown district.
The Studio is new furnished and you also have a fireplace. |

You have a nice few to the river Salzach and in just a few walkingminutes you are at the Operahouse, other sightseeings, Restaurants and Bars.Music is the word ... in Salzburg.
Over 4000 music and theatre events in different genres are held in the Festival city through out the year. Apart from well known highlights such as the Salzburg Festival itself, Jazz Autumn in November or Mozart Week in January, the are countless orchestral and chamber music concerts, serenades, soloist concerts, concerts in the most beautiful and elegant rooms of Salzburg’s palaces (e.g. the famous Palace concerts in the Marble Hall of Mirabell Palace), rock and pop concerts.....
