The Holiday Apartments
Welcome to Krk!
We offer accommodation in 4 studio-apartments, each for 2 person + extra bed. Our house is above the beach with a wonderful sea view including a great view to The Old Town of Krk.
The house is surrounded by a nice garden which makes you feel relaxed.
In the high season, July and August, we prefer one or two week reservation. The deposit is 100 EUR for one week reservation for each studio/apartment, which you should pay on our bank account. In low season we organize diving tours or bike tours across the island.

Special features
If you have your boat from 4-8 m you can rent a place for them just 100 m from the apartment, seeing your boat from the terrace.

Location and surroundings
Krk Town is the centre of the Island Krk. It is a good organized, small city, with a beautiful nature and friendly people.
It is ideal for relaxed but also active holidays.
We are situated in the first bay outside the old city walls, with a beautiful view and surrounded with gardens and parks. Excellent position makes the house unique.
Close to our house there are few restaurants which offer fish and meat meals, coffee bars, shops, children playground, souvenir shops, car and boat rentals, cultural events and entertainment.

Further activities
You can book daily tours to the islands and beaches with our 12 m long old traditional wooden boat. It is 70 years old, and is originally a sailing boat. It´s a great pleasure to spend a day on the sea. Thanks to this "sea wolf" we organize very attractive diving tours to the more than 30 locations on the Island Plavnik 4-6 miles from island Krk.
We can also arrange diving package tours and biking package tours!

Hausbesitzer:
sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit
Lage:
sehr Zentral; Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Restaurant, shoppen (Bekleidung, Schuhe, Taschen usw.) Hafen, Altstadt von KRK in maximal 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Direkter Meerblick und auf die Stadt KRK. 10 Minuten zu größeren Hotelanlagen
Baden:
Direkter hauseigener Zugang zum Sandbadestrand (für Kleinkinder geeignet) Beton Liegeplätze.
Parken:
auf hauseigenen abgesperrten Grundstück.
Wandern und Fahrrad:
Kilometerlange Wege entlang der Küste.
WLAN:
Hauseigner WLAN Anschluß.
Fazit:
Sehr zu empfehlen.
