Villa "Le Cannicelle"	The vacation rental Two thirds of the estate is covered with lush woodland thick with cork oak, a plant typical of the environmental niche stretching along the coastline of the Bay of Policastro between S. Marina and Sapri. Surrounded by a big enclosed garden, it is the perfect accommodation for families with children and for those who wish to take their pets on holiday with them! The Villa was built in 1992 in the Mediterranean rural style and it has been redecorated yearly. Apart from a flat occasionally used by the owners, there are two self-contained residences, both with sea-views: a large apartment with a large terrace named “Lentisco” (mastic tree) on the first floor, and a lovely attic with balcony named “Mirto” (myrtle) on the second floor.
"Le Cannicelle" panorama	The surrounding area Villammare is an ancient fishing village at the foot of the extensive Cilento National Park. The Park takes in one of the most attractive strip of the Tyrrhenian coast swathed by the vivid colours of the Mediterranean flora. Long sandy beaches, a colourful seafront fringed with palms and eucalyptus trees, small restaurants, cosy venues and cottages make of Villammare the perfect seaside resort for travellers from all over the world, in search of friendly and charming spots off the beaten track. Breathtaking views from the hills covered with centuries-old cork oaks, trekking the mountains and cruising along the Cilento coast, mouth-watering regional cuisine and the special friendliness of the locals captivate visitors all year round.
