The Holiday House

A very charming, light-flooded house with its own dock, which has been meticulously furnished by the owner, and which is available for private use. Its loving details and teak garden furniture offer the highest degree of comfort. The large glass front (in the living room and bedroom) assures an unforgettable view of the romantic lake and the impressive mountains. And, should the sun not shine, relax and enjoy the comforts of our living room and bedrooms (satellite TV and stereo CD systems on both floors). The view of the lake and the mountains is especially impressive from the open fireplace. Or visit one of many sights, such as the giant model railway (right in Faak); fascinating for young and old alike!

Situated amidst the splendid mountain and lake landscapes of Carinthia, it is a place of comfort and tranquility, perfect for rejuvenating, relaxing days. With a huge variety of recreational activities, an exclusive, much-varied vacation is guaranteed. The property is located just a few hundred meters from Faak am See. Exclusive villa in an idyllic location, far from traffic noise at the end of the romantic Halbinselstrasse, right by the lake.

   Ein super Haus in bester Lage. Garten bis an den See mit Badesteg und die Umgebung waren nicht nur für uns Menschen sondern auch für unseren Hund ein Paradies! Wir werden nächstes Frühjahr wieder buchen.

   Allein aufgrund der märchenhaften Lage mit wunderschönem Blick über den türkisblauen See auf den Mittagskogel und eigenem Badeplatz mit Steg würden wir immer wieder gerne an diesen Ort zurückkommen!!!
   
   Aber auch das Haus bietet alles, was
   das Urlauberherz begehrt: gute Ausstattung, viel Komfort und eine sehr angenehme Großzügigkeit.

   In diesem traumhaften Haus mit allem Comfort waren wir jetzt schon zum dritten Mal. Der Blick vom Balkon oder der Terrasse oder aus den großzügigen Zimmern auf den wunderschönen Faaker See mit grandiosem Bergpanorama im Hintergrund, ist einmalig, im Sommer wie im Winter. Viele Skigebiete sind schnell erreichbar. Auch der Weissensee (der in Österreich am längsten und verlässlichsten zugefroren und befahrbar ist), ist einen Tagesausflug wert. Abends kann man den Tag vor dem knisternen Kamin (mit Holzvorrat) gemütlich ausklingen lassen. Wir kommen gewiss wieder.

   Sehr gepflegtes Haus mit hervorragender Ausstattung.
   Wir haben zum wiederholten Male einen erholsamen Urlaub verlebt und wurden - wie immer - sehr gut betreut.
   Durch die Nähe zu Villach, Klagenfurt usw. bietet sich das Haus neben Wasser- und Wanderbegeisterten auch für Kulturbeflissene als Urlaubsstützpunkt an.
