Stroll through Germany's oldest pedestrian zone, go for a jog, or take a walk through the parks just around the corner. You can also take a drive to the North Sea, which is only 40 km away. If you can get tickets, be sure to go to the Theater Laboratorium.
Holiday destination
You will stay in the most beautiful district of Oldenburg – the Dobbenviertel. Lovely cafés and a genuine organic corner shop as well as a small forest for jogging, walking, and playing are right around the corner. The Dobbenteiche lakes and the castle park are just a few steps away. The city centre and the State Theater are just around the corner.
Getting there
Take the train to the main station. From there, take bus 308, 313, 314, or 350 to the Herbartstrasse stop. Then walk 200 metres down the street until you see the little green parasol in the front garden. By car, take the Marschweg exit. Continue straight ahead until the T intersection. Then take a right and the next right again. This is Herbartstrasse. Continue until you see the little green parasol on the right-hand side. Or... By car, take the Haarentor exit. Turn left. Continue straight ahead until Herbartstrasse appears on the right (just before the end of the street). Continue until you see the red 1950s-style garden chairs in the small front garden on the right.

The basement ist meine absolute Empfehlung in Oldenburg. In der Wohnung fehlt es tatsächlich an gar nichts, es ist alles vorhanden. Alles sauber, gemütlich und ordentlich. Auch die Parkplatzsituation ist prima. Ich habe noch nie eine solch herzensgute Vermieterin gehabt. Alles in einem TOP!

Wir haben uns im gemütlichen Basement sehr wohl gefühlt und konnten dank der sehr freundlichen und unkomplizierten Vermieterin zwei Tage länger bleiben als geplant. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist überdurchschnittlich. Pflaster, Zahnbürste, sogar ein Locher... was wir auch vergessen hatten, wir fanden es vor Ort. Die Lage ist optimal. Ein sympathischer Tante-Emma-Laden liegt nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Die Fußgängerzone ist ebenfalls fußläufig in kürzester Zeit zu erreichen. Unsere Tochter wollte gleich dauerhaft einziehen. Sehr empfehlenswert!
