The Tropical Breeze is located on a sailboat canal in the beautiful Palaco Grande area in SE Cape Coral. The home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, a den with high speed internet access, and an electrically heated pool. The patio has west exposure. The home was built in 1990 and extensively remodeled in 2005, then newly furnished and decorated in 2006. It's just a few minutes to the river fomr here. Perfect for boaters and guests looking for something out of the ordinary. |

The home is located in SE Cape Coral off Del Prado Blvd. with its numerous stores and restaurants. Both Midpoint and Cape Coral Bridge to Fort Myers are only about 5 min away.
Area attractions include the beaches (Yacht Club 5 min, Ft. Myers Beach 25 min, Sanibel Island 30 min), the Sunsplash Waterpark in Cape Coral, the Edison Home in Fort Myers, and the zoo in Naples. A visit to Busch Gardens in Tampa Bay is a nice day trip (2 hrs). Orlando is a little bit farther away, about 3.5 hrs.
