The Villa
This villa has been finished in 2000 and 2010 completely renovated and newly furnished. It provides all possible amenities including air conditioning, addition to a beautiful architectural design.
It lies on a large 1623 qm corner plot in a quiet area surrounded by other villas on a wide canal intersection of the corsica canal and offers access to the Gulf of Mexico as well as a dream of a view.
A big pool including whirlpool of 14 by 30 feet which can be electrically or solar heated also belongs to the house.
The household is generously equipped up to 8 people. In our big cathedral ceiling living room you will find technical equipment such as a big screen TV, DVD- and CD-player plus stereo system with iPod port.

Location and surroundings
Cape Coral, located by the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, is a real paradise. The climate is very pleasant not only in the winter. Even in the summer, you can feel very well.
Florida has an average of 330 sunny days a year. The temperatures in the fall don’t drop under 20 - 23°. In the midsummer, the temperatures are between 28 - 35°. A light breeze crosses, however, the Gulf of Mexico.
In front of Cape Coral, there are hundreds of inhabited and non-inhabited islands, the subtropical dream-islands Sanibel and Captiva Island, with the dreamlike, white and almost unpopulated islands. You can easily reach these islands by car.
