The Holiday House
This nice holiday-house dates from the 1960's but has recently been completely refurbished to a very high standard. It offers a living space of 160m² and the wooden interior, stylish furnishings and fabulous sea view makes one feel as if you are aboard a spacious luxury yacht.
Ground floor: Entrance hall, 4 bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. Each is 16m² with good quality double bed. One of the bedrooms also has an additional single bed. There is also a small utility room with washing machine and freezer.
Upper floor: 80m² large open-plan living and dining room with spacious kitchen area. (gas cooker with air-extraction hood, Grill, Expresso machine). Two of the three brothers who own this unique property are a famous pair of chefs who have a world-class Michelin 3-star restaurant, so you can be sure that the kitchen is well-equipped!
110m² wooden decked terrace, with dining table and chairs, plenty of sun-loungers/ deck chairs and two large parasols. A dozen steps lead from the terrace to a gate that opens directly onto the beach. There is an outdoor shower (cold water only) just inside the gate to wash off all the sand before you come back up to the terrace.

Location and surroundings
The chalet is situated among a collection of beach houses, near Cap d'Agde, 2 km down the coast. The stretch of beach by the property is very quiet.
It´s just a 300m walk to family restaurant right on the beach.
Rochelongue 500m walk along beach or 1km by road: baker, grocer, good fish-monger, bicycle hire, pedallo hire (June to Sept only).
Cap d'Agde 4 km (or 2km by foot) offers 'Aqualand' (huge waterpark) 27-hole golf course (3km), tennis (5km), boat hire, offshore shark fishing, aquarium and a wide choice of restaurants.
Further interesting destinations:
Agde (3km): old historic town and fishing port with nice market and excellent seafood restaurants.
Beziers (20 km): major market town, noted for its bull-fight 'Feria' in August.
Pezenas (20 km): attractive medieval town.
