situation: Podere Ninfeo in Southern Tuscany between Arezzo and Lake Trasimeno, 3 km from Foiano della Chiana, is situated in a rural, hilly landscape. From here you have a panoramic view of the surrounding countryside. The estate encompasses an area of 3000 sqm.The two houses on this area (Castagno and Portico) have two apartments each, rebuilt and renovated in the Tuscan style (wood, stone , terracotta floors, fire-place) with outdoor seating areas or terrace, parking places as well as lawns with a swimming-pool 14 x 6 x 2,20 m, a children’s paddling pool 4 x 2 x 0,70 m, deck-chairs, and a covered pergola near the pool. The owner lives nearby and sometimes offers the holiday makers typical dishes of Tuscany.You can also buy wine from his vineyard and home-grown products. |
