With view at a leafy court yard, 2 comfortable rooms, a kitchen, a bath room and an anteroom, it offers with 55 m² enough room for up to 5 persons. If you go by foot, it takes you 7- 15 minutes to reach all of these means of transportation. Shopping facilities: The next groceries are in a walking distance of 1-3 minutes. Sights nearby: City, Stefansdom, Prater, Augarten , Donauinsel, Donauturm, UNO-City, nice taverns and restaurants and more. Due to the various and far reaching traffic system of Vienna it won't take you more than 20- 40 minutes to reach the other sights of Vienna.

b) bail: For a habitation up to 3 weeks, a bail in the amount of 150, - € is charged.
For long-run hiring, the bail amounts 300, - €.

c) means of payment: Cost free bank transfer or cash in EURO.

d) cancellation: If you cancel your booking, for at least 14 days before
arrival day, the amount you already payed in credited for 1 year. Inside this time you can use this amount for
further bookings
