The Holiday House
The house is completely renovated and fully equiped. If you like a natural surrounding and a lot of space you will be happy here. The Farm is lying on a small road to St. Nazaire le Désert, a small village with all convenience (restaurants, bakery/grocery, camping, swimmingpool etc.) The house is very suitable for children (grass, 2 open and 1 covered terrace). The house is lying on a big terrain together with an other farm of 2-6 persons. Each having a lot of privacy.

As said the farm is suitable for smaller children (lot of space to play outside, paddling pool, sand to play with, swing in the trees)

Location and surroundings
Farm Martel is 35 km from Nyons a nice Provençal small city with several big supermarkets, a lot of terraces and a nice old provencale centre. Vaison la Romaine (with roman ruins) lies at 50 km, Grignan with a big old castel at 65 km. Dieulefit (with a small golf course) is at 27 km. Nice swimmingpools are in every city and also in the village of St.Nazaire le Désert (5 km). In the river Roanne next to St Nazaire le D. direction Die are a lot of possibilities to swim in the river. Everyday in some village or small city there is a nice market. If you like to walk you can start near the house because Martel lies in a semi-natural parc. In la Motte Chalancon there are nice small lakes to swim etc.

Tennis court in St Nazaire le Désert, small golf court in Dieulefit, bigger one near Montélimar. Hire of small peddle boats is possible near Die and Crest. Several nice trips by car can be made through lovely landscapes (olive trees, "routes de vin"). In Avignon is in July the famous theatre festival and in Crest in July the Jazz festival. In the open roman theatre of Vaison la Romaine and Orange musical festivals are organised in August/July.

It is just one hour driving form Montélimar and also one hour from Vaison la Romaine which is in the Provence (Vaucluse). Bij car from the south of Germany or Luxumbourg it is about 7 hrs driving to the house.
