View from the Southwest	The vacation rental The flat (60 m²) with a separarte entrance is on the first floor and satisfies even high expectations. Wooden floors, tiled oven, terrace at the river and balconies to the North and West. There is a comfortable bedroom with desk, living-room (with TV, stereo, MP3) adjoining kitchen with dishwasher etc. as well as a dining area. Extra sleeping accomodation in the open attic and on bed-sofa. Comfortable bathroom with tub/shower and towel heating. Lots of shopping opportunites and restaurants around, Chiemsee in walking distance (app. 20 min.) Linnen and towels included.
Entrance and garden	The surrounding area Prien is located by the lake Chiemsee and is attractive all around the year, also because of the nearby Alps and lakes. Almost all leisure activities are available. There are good skyiing opportunites in 15 to 20 minutes distance (by train or car). Hiking directly from the flat, various cultural and sportive opportunities in Prien. Salzburg and Munich can be reached in max. 1 hour by train.
