Michele's House	The vacation rental The premises have been completely reconstructed on the original “rustico”. It has a terrace looking towards the lake, a portico with outside grill for alfresco dining. The premises are on two floors; the ground floor consists of a double bedroom with complete bathroom, while the first floor consists of a living room/kitchen and dining room and contains a pull-out sofa that sleeps two.
Lake Como	The surrounding area The Lombardy Region The house is on lake Como which is in the province of Lombardy, near the Swiss border, north of Milan. Lake Como is 50 km long and is one of the most beautiful in Europe and is situated at the base of the Alps. The shores of Lake Como alternate between picturesque villages leaning out on the water, sandy or small rocky beaches, pleasure harbors and water sport areas for windsurfing, sailing and water skiing. Cremia The village of Cremia is divided in two. The hillside part is perched on the side of the “Bregnano” mountain while the other smaller part is on the lake front. The Frazione San Vito contains a distinctive church dating from the 1400’s with two bell towers and is ofetn seen in American Express billboard ads.
