the house	The vacation rental Our appartment has a living room, a small bedroom, a kitchen, a showerroom and a nice place for eating. It is in a two family timber house and has a separate entry. The environment of our appartment is calm but nevertheless sited traffic-favorable, equipped completely and characterized for 1 - 4 persons. There are various books, a stereo plant with Cassette-and CD-Player as well as a television with dvd player . In the bedroom you will find a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The living room is equipped with a couch, that becomes with few manipulations if required to a congenial sleeping place (170 x 200 cm). A telefon (ISDN connection) is available. The rent (incl. towels, bed linen and final cleaning) conducts Euro 45, - per night/two persons, for every further person Euro 5, - additional. Ask for our free dates !
	The surrounding area The apartment is quiet and sited nevertheless traffic-favorable. The underground railway station Zwickauer-Damm (Line 7) is to be reached on foot within 5 minutes. With underground you reach the city in approximately 30 minutes. All purchase possibilities as well as various restaurants are near. The airport/railway station Schoenefeld is to be achieved from here in approximately 15 minutes by car or bus. If you should be arrived by car there is a parking place available on request. We also organize cards for theater, concert or sport events for you.
