Peacefully situated yet it is 4 minutes on foot to the village with its many pubs, restaurants and shops. Easy reach on foot of one of the most spectacular stretches of the South West Coast path. The Lookout: double bedroom, ensuite bathroom, living room, dining area with view of the sea and harbour, kitchen with beautiful garden views. The Spyglass: spacious kitchen/dining room, pretty sitting room with sea and harbour views, double bedroom with ensuite shower-room. Simply and tastefully furnished. Privacy, peace and quiet.

Plenty of historic National Trust houses and gardens to visit. Bodmin Moor is 25 minutes by car - wild, beautiful, unspoilt and archeologically very interesting.

Travel information

After Looe follow road to Polperro past garage on left. Take turning left to Killigarth Holiday Manor. Pass Holiday Manor, take sharp right hand bend and pass school on right. Road narrows and descends to T junction. Turn left. 200 yards down on right is Kit Hill driveway. Drive to top and park.
