The vacation rental
In the living room we have placed two modern sofas. You will certainly notice the roof of the central lighting. Modern, sober and very well in place. A unique combination between design and nostalgia. Like the ‘antique’dining table where you could eat with as many as 10 people. How about the original secretaire. We offer our guests satellite tv. You can even select the UK radio. In case the evenings are a little bit chilly, you can enjoy the comfort of the big open fireplace. Very comfortable and often an inspiration to play some games. In case you think it’s still cold, you can also heat the house by central heating. |

The surrounding area
The main reason to come is your privacy, which is guaranteed by the natural fenced garden and our large swimming pool of 18 x 36. Enjoy this unbelievable luxury day and night. Many guests wrote in our guest book they enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere so much, they hardly have made any excursions. Still in our holiday villa you will find a large choice of brochures covering tourist sites in the area. Like Rocamadour. If you have never been there you should certainly visit it. St. Céré is closer and also worth paying a visit. Aurillac has more to offer in entertainment and shops. In August there is the annual street theatre festival. Very attractive. Autoire is a very charming little village on the slopes of the mountain, but you can also visit the highest altitude of the Lot region at less then 15 minutes from our house.

Activities
The garage is the place where we offer sportive challenges. Here you’ll find the indoor table tennis table. Ideal for some exercise and loose some sweat. For the more experienced players we offer the original jeux des boules. We also have a basketball ring and ball. Even baseball equipment! A bit more relaxed you can also enjoy the badminton game and for the swimming pool we offer some (floatable) toys as well.

The pool measures 18 x 36, so this is a real swimming pool! It’s a salt water pool, which is better for your health. The pool runs from 4 to 8 feet deep.

Special characteristics
The space and quietness you will experience here are hardly to beat. Even in high season you will still enjoy the relaxed atmosphere. Even the French admit it. OK, occasionally the peace is disturbed by birds of prey looking for their food. At sunset the crickets start playing their songs and some bats fly through the air.
Our ‘neighbours’ usually are very calm and relaxed, but very nosey. The cows would like to know who you are, though they are quite shy, so you’d better not approach them. You will be the king and queen of a ‘domaine’ of more then 15,000 square feet! Completely isolated by a natural fence, so also safe to let your children play on their own
Close to lake, family friendly, fitted for infant, no dogs, no pets, non-smoking, suitable for allergic persons, suitable for seniors, suitable for the disabled, wheelchair access, winter sports
