The vacation rental
Due to the higher location of Villa Aliki, our guests have a superb view of the sea, the magnificent mountains and the village of Mirtos. The shops, restaurants, boulevard and beach are situated at approx. 100-250 meters and can be reached by means of a donkey trail. The complex can be reached by car as well via an asphalt- road. Using this road, the facilities are at about 400 meter distance.
All apartments have a cosy colourful living room with sitting area, with room to put an extra bed for a 5th person if necessary. The open kitchen is large and fully equipped, There are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. The spacious terraces all have furniture.

The surrounding area
The spacious terraces have chairs, a table, an umbrella and sunbeds. The 3 room-apartment on the second floor has 3 balconies and a terrace. The 4 room- apartment has a terrace and 2 balconies.
The apartments have television with satellite, ventilators and all have a safebox (hireable). All the apartments have air-conditioning, the use of this has to be paid locally.
Conclusion: Situated in a quiet environment, beautiful apartments, unique because of their position, view and interior. A wanted accomodation with class.

Activities
Although it's off the beaten tourist track, the little coastal hamlet of Mirtos does have one claim to fame- it's the most southerly settlement in the whole of greece. Reached by a turning off the south coast road, 16 kilometer west of Ierapetra, the village's long beach looks over the beautiful Libyan Sea.

The apartments are available all year long. Days of exchange in the summerperiod are Friday and Sunday, although, there are exceptions.
Everything is included in the price of Villa Aliki: electricity, water, touristtax, change of linen and so on.
