Von Buchung über belvill kann ich nur abraten ,bisher noch nie so schlecht behandelt worden,
Kurz zu meiner Buchung eigentlich wollte ich ein Doppelzimmer in Rheinsberg buchen ,gebucht worden ist jedoch
ein Zimmer in der Marina Wolfbruch in einem Ferienhaus,leider habe ich das erst nach bezahlung bemerkt ( mein Fehler . Eine Umbuchung wäre nur mit hohen Kosten möglich gewesen .Kommunikation über Telefon nicht möglich Problem mehrfach geschildert leider kein Personal am Telefon was wirklich helfen konnte.
Kontakt per Mail im prinzip das Gleiche habe die Vermutung man schreibt mit der KI des Anbieters .
Zu guter letzt habe ich das Zimmer weder kostengünstig storniert bekommen eine Umbuchnung war ebenfalls nicht möglich. Kan ndie Buchnungsseite nicht weiterempfehlen
