This house has 130 m² and it is ideal for families or little groups of friends who want to spend their holidays by the sea. There are 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with 2 single beds. The main room has access to the garden and it has a ceiling fan. All rooms are very well lighted and have built in closet. There are two bathrooms (one of them en suite) with shower.
The 100 m² terrace on the first floor has a wonderful sea view; the 20 m² porch on the ground floor is an ideal place to organize a summer meal with your friends and family or have a tempting barbeque. The living room is the perfect place to relax on the comfy sofa while enjoying the sea views. The kitchen is equipped with a: toaster, coffee machine, gas stove and oven, fridge and lot more. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The dinning is furnished with a table and 6 chairs.
Please mind that pets are not allowed. There is a not covered space to park your car inside the plot and you can as well park for free on the street.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.

Around the area, there are natural beaches that are worth to visit: Caló dels Ermitans, Cala Toró, Na Clara, Cales de Betlem, Cala Mitjana, Cala Torta, s’Aigua Dolça, etc.
The location of the apartment is absolutely perfect, as many amenities are walking distance (the beach is only 90 m away). Colonia de Sant Pere is an old fishermen’s village where you can find some restaurants, a grocery, an ATM, bakery and a sailing club. You can have a stroll through the promenade, taste some local wines or have paella in one of the restaurants around.
