A lovingly restored old stone property surrounded by dreamlike nature. Villa Denis consist of four individually styled houses and is ideal for family vacations, providing privacy and ensuring relaxation.
The first house has a spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area, as well as a double bedroom with private bathroom on the ground floor. There are further 3 double bedrooms with private bathrooms on the upper floor.
The 2nd house features a kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 1 double and 1 twin bedroom on the upper floor with a shared bathroom.
The 3rd house has 1 double and 1 twin bedroom with a shared bathroom on the ground floor and a kitchen, dining and lounge area on the upper floor with direct access to the terrace with another outside lounge area.
On the ground floor of the 4th house with red shutters there is a games room, fitness room and a separate toilet. Two double bedrooms with private bathrooms are situated on the first floor and there are 2 more double bedrooms (one with an additional single bed) both with ensuite bathrooms on the second floor.
Outside there is a 50m2 infinity pool, a nice garden, outdoor dining area and kitchen with barbecue. While you carelessly enjoy the view of the surrounding centenary woods, your youngest can have fun at the playground.

The Villa Denis is located in the ancient town of Buzet Istria in the north, near the border with Slovenia. Its historic city center is situated on a hill overlooking the fertile valley of the longest river in Istria, the Mirna.
Today Buzet is widely known as the city of truffles, because the forests along the Mirna are particularly rich in these wonderful tubers. According to some opinions, the white truffle of Istria are comparable with the white truffles of Alba in Italy known truffle region.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300.00 refundable damage deposit or 35 euros non-refundable property damage insurance is required.
Well behaved pets (max.2) are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 50 Euros per pet per week.
