On a total of three levels, this villa offers space for up to 8 people. On the first floor there is a spacious living and dining area with a bright kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. On the second floor there are three more bedrooms, two of which have a double bed in each room. One room is equipped with two single beds. A spacious bathroom completes the second floor. A special highlight can be found in the basement of the villa. The spacious entertainment area with a massive table, kitchen, fireplace and billiard table invites you to linger. There is also a fitness area in the basement. Relax in the private pool or on one of the numerous deckchairs.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 400 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
