The beautiful villa Monet is located in a lovely little village near Bonasini and has four bedrooms in total.
The villa is placed on a sunny hill surrounded by untouched nature in complete privacy and perfect to relax in your holidays or for some outdoor activities. About 205 m² is the size of the indoor area and 1500 m² the outdoor area of the villa Monet. All bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms and a private wellness centre just outside the main building gives you the chance for a ideal holiday in complete recovery.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 500 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
Well behaved pets are welcome with an extra cleaning charge of 100 € per pet per week.
