The renovated country house consists of three lovingly furnished flats and can accommodate up to 14 people, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. The fully air-conditioned villa on three floors consist of a living and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and seven bathrooms. Outside there is a covered terrace with a summer kitchen, dining area and a barbecue. In the well-kept garden you will find the large private outdoor pool with sun loungers and parasols and plenty of space to relax. Five bicycles are at your disposal.

Villa Vial is situated in a small village Labinci which is only a short drive from the tourist centre of Poreč. Poreč is known for its cultural heritage and beautiful beaches with crystal clear water. The Euphrasius Basilica, which was added to the UNESCO World Heritage List in 1997, is worth a visit if you are in the area! There are a large number of beach bars, cafes and nightclubs in the city. The Aquapark "Aquacolors" which is located nearby is perfect for a trip with the children.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
