This beautiful charming villa is full of character and original details. Nested in the old town of Vodnjan, it is just a short drive to Fazana, white pebbly beaches, the famous towns of Pula and Rovinj as well as the Brijuni national park. Outside you will find a carefully tended garden, a nice size pool and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, kettle, toaster) with dining area. All the amenities like restaurants, shops etc. are in walking distance. The outdoor area (fully equipped kitchen, pool and garden) is
for your exclusive use. The garden is also equipped with an industrial grade anti-mosquito device which covers the entire property.

From the villa Moreda it is only a 15 min drive to the Pula Airport. The beach in Fazana is also very close (4 km). In the old town of Vodnjan you have a lot of things you can explore.
Furthermore you find everything essential in walking distance: restaurants, shops, a supermarket and so on.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract, all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancellation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation, the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancellation policy, directly from the insurance company. My Istria shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
