Villa Amalia is an old restored stone villa that offers a unique experience. The villa is divided into 2 floors. The floor consists of a kitchen, a dining and living area. The staircase leads you to the first floor where you can find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed. From the first floor, you have direct access to a terrace. In front of the house, you will find a 24m2 large pool. The outdoor area features a covered dining area and a charcoal grill. Outside of the villa, you will find table tennis, table football and darts, where you can spend a fun time with your children. This villa is a really special place where you can experience the Istrian tradition and it will offer you a truly unforgettable holiday.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 250 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
