Villa Zafirah is located in the outskirts of Pula, just 5 minutes to the city and the pebble beaches. The accommodation offers privacy and tranquillity, because of its geographic position.
Outside there are a beautiful sized pool and an extra kitchen with a nice stone barbecue at our guests' disposal. On the veranda there is a modern lounge furniture – perfect for enjoying there the first morning cup of coffee.
The interiors have been beautifully decorated and are flooded with light with glass walls looking out to the garden/pool area. Villa Zafirah has also a separate TV/media area. There are four bedrooms. Three doubles and one with three single beds. For extra capacity you can use a sofa bed in the living room.

My Istria requires a 30% down payment to ensure your reservation. The remaining amount is charged 30 days before arrival on on arrival where possible and depending on the selected payment method. In case of cancellation of the Rental contract all the received payments until the cancellation date shall be retained, and the guest is not entitled to their return unless a cancelation insurance option is selected during the booking process for 4.5% of the total accommodation cost in association with Allianz insurance company. In case of a reservation cancellation the guest demands the return of funds in accordance with the conditions of the Allianz Insurance cancelation policy, directly from the insurance company. MY ISTRIA shall give all necessary documentation at request of the insurance company for the needs of processing of the claim for damages.
A 300 € refundable damage deposit on arrival or 35 € non-refundable property damage insurance in advance is required.
