Very nice pool area with sun terraces and sun beds (pool 5x10 m) and a separate children's pool on a separate plot of land only a few steps from the house.
The house is situated about 3 km from the fantastic beach "Sa Rápita-Es Trenc ". In Sa Rapita are several little supermarkets, a bakery, a pharmacy, a bank as well as some good restaurants.
There are no hotels in the village, only a small pension. Good purchase possibilities in Campos and Llucmajor with large supermarkets.

If the tenant withdrawing from the contract should not place another tenant, the following amounts of damages become due:
- With travel resignation more than 3 months before the beginning of the travel: 10% of the total price.
- With resignation within 3 months until 4 weeks before travel beginning: 30% of the total amount.
- With resignation from 4 weeks to 14 days before travel beginning: 50% of the total amount.
- By resignation, starting from 14 days before travel beginning the total amount of renting becomes due.
