Cancellation policy
Payment Terms:
A 30% deposit is required upon booking and must be paid by bank transfer.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer no later than 30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
If the guest wishes to cancel their reservation, the agency may retain the following:
30% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 72 hours after the deposit and up to 60 days prior to the check-in date.
50% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made between 60 and 30 days prior to the check-in date.
100% of the total booking price if the cancellation is made within 30 days prior to the check-in date.

Getting there
The homeowner personally greets guests upon arrival and hands over the keys. This allows you to receive all the necessary information about the accommodation and the surrounding area.
