The spacious two-storey house (350 m²) has five bedrooms and five bathrooms. It’s just perfect for families or big groups of friends because it has space for 10 people. Three of the bedrooms are equipped with double beds (two in the first floor and one in the ground floor) and the other two bedrooms come with two single beds each. All bedrooms have views to the countryside. There are 5 bathrooms, four of which are en suite. Three of the en suite bathrooms have shower cabin and one has a bath tub. The fifth bathroom is located downstairs and is also equipped with a shower cabin. For hot summer nights we offer ventilators – please ask before.
The atmosphere of the villa is warm and it has rustic details that make the difference. It’s an excellent choice for relax seekers. In the huge living room you will have a pleasant time while reading a book, surfing on the internet, watching satellite TV or either take a nap. The independent kitchen is equipped with everything you could need for cooking during your holidays: coffee machine, microwave, toaster, gas hob, gas oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer and much more. The adjoining dining area comes with a table and seats for up to 10 people. Obviously you can also find washing machine, iron and ironing table. Outside the house there is space to park at least five cars. Pets are not allowed.
The exteriors of the house are beautiful and genuine at the same time: have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax. The porch is furnished with a table and 10 seats to have cool dinners in the summer nights. In the several terraces around the house there are different tables to sit and enjoy the views and some chill-out sofas to relax. The area surrounding the swimming pool counts with 6 sun beds. The huge pool, with a size of 22 meters x 12 meters, is 130 meters far from the house and it is surrounded by grass and a beautiful green area. The house is surrounded by a beautiful natural garden with several fruit trees like almond trees, orange trees, lemon trees, etc. You could park in front of the house, but there is no garage or covered parking.
NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
